2, then 1Guests drink about 2 drinks in the first hour, then 1 an hour after that.
12 cocktails a bottleA 750 mL bottle holds 25.4 oz, about 12 cocktails at 2 oz each.
5 glasses of wineOne 750 mL bottle pours five 5 oz glasses.
1.5 lb of ice a guestThat covers drinks. Add 10 lb for each cooler of beer and wine.
2 glasses a guestGlasses get set down and lost. Plan on two per person.
Always one zero-proofSet out sparkling water: 1 liter for every 4 guests.
